AfterFastly Sign-Up Redesign
Turned a single accessibility audit into a full funnel overhaul — untangling a structural conflict between the sales lead-gen and self-serve acquisition flows. Doubled sign-up conversion YoY.
Bulk Tagging & Access Control
First bulk action pattern shipped across the platform. Extended tagging to access control — binding packages and integrations to projects at scale. Two adjacent teams now building on it as a platform standard.

HCP Terraform Registry Redesign
Adopted the design system across both internal component libraries, resolved years of accumulated design debt, and split a mixed-persona UX into distinct consumer and publisher workflows.
